The History of Puppies Available
Puppies Available was established in MO about 2003. Our first role was as a rescue and shelter facility. Having a 25+ year history background and love for dogs including, showing, grooming, training, vet tech, successful boarding kennel owner, rescue and rehab from kill shelters. It was natural our love for dogs should expand to breeding.
Our whole family is involved in the care of all our 4 legged friends whether rescued or raised here. Husband is in charge of repairs and building, 2 of the boys are in charge of cleaning and feeding, One boy is in charge of watering and overseeing the care of any newborns or special health needs of the rescues. Our daughter is in charge of grooming and picture taking. And, I am in charge of taxi services to the vet, and new homes, any vet treatments needed and website/internet work etc..Even grandma helps out by riding along on deliveries to Columbia,. We also have a transport service who helps coordinate any airshipping or delivery to Kansas City
We met keeshonds while doing our rescue work and we all fell in love with their great nature. They love everyone, get along great with our livestock, cats, kids and they enjoy being together without fighting. While we have bred and raised a few other types. It is the keeshonds we have come to really enjoy and appreciate. They make great all around family pets.
