How to Buy One of Our Puppies
1. Email us and tell us about your home and family and which puppy you are interested in. Then, we can decide if it is a good match.
2. For puppies under 6 weeks of age deposits are 50% of purchase price non refundable. You get to choose your puppy in the order deposits are received. We will send paypal request(suitable for credit, debit and checks) based on whether you wanted a male or female
3. When puppies are 6-8 weeks old we take pictures and send them to you and allow you to choose your puppy based on your deposit order.
4. Puppies that are 6 weeks or older full payment is required to reserve

How Does Shipping Work?
1. Airshipping ANYWHERE US and Canada $300 for one or 2 puppies under 12 weeks

2. There are no hidden fees. We will get health certificates, crates and anything needed for airshipping
3. When the time is right we collect information from you as to which large airport you prefer your puppy arrives. Late in the day before your puppy arrives, we will call you with exact flight information, and where in the terminal to get your puppy
4. We have found airshipping to be very easy and SAFE! Even researching exact figures on the internet in 2004 less than 6 dogs/cats had health problems during flights and one of those was a rat that died and a cat that escaped and an old dog with a known heart problem
5. If airshipped ,your puppy will arrive in a crate with his vet records and other paperworked attached. He will not have a collar or leash or anything extra with him. If ground transport he will arrive with his vet records and paperwork, no crate.
What To Do When Your Puppy Arrives
1. Please allow your puppy to rest 24-48 hours after arriving. Puppies are babies and a lot of playing, traveling, new home, and carrying around can cause them to get sick easily. We recommend a potty break, food and water and allowed to rest in their crate or private place as much as possible.
2. Almost all of our puppies are eating dry food, please double check which one your puppy is on
They will easily transition to Purina One Puppy chicken dry which we recommend. or for Holistic Natural food. We really like Health Extension little bites
3. We do recommend crate training and many good articles on the net can be found on the subject. also, we do recommend 'clicker" training and again many articles can be found on the net. Puppy classes are always a good idea for socialization and training support.
4. We are ALWAYS willing to offer advice or training hints or help you through any trouble spots. We have many years of experience through a variety of animal jobs including teaching dog training classes and private lessons.. Do not feel embarrassed to seek help. And if you can no longer keep your pet no matter the reason please email us for help.
1. Do you ship?
a) Yes, we have ground transport and airshipping almost anywhere USA/Canada. Groundshipping for an extra fee is possible to KS,IA,WI,IN and parts of MI and OH
2. Are you a "puppy mill"?
b) There is no such term as "puppy mill" . There are SUB-STANDARD kennels. We are not sub-standard. We are licensed and inspected. We simply enjoy raising puppies, and are proud of it, and are blessed to be able to do so full time. NONE of the dogs we personally keep or raise are ever kept on wire. The smallest fenced area we have is 8ft by 24 ft runs and the biggest is 32ft by 32ft. We keep a male and a couple girlfriends for companionship in with each fellow. They have good , happy social groups. They are handled, personally cleaned everyday, with PLENTY of space to play and run. Our momma and baby pens are 10ft by 10 ft and have access to heated and cooled housing. All our pens are kept very clean , and we always get compliments about how easy our puppies are to housetrain.

4. How long before we can get our puppy?
d) Once the puppy is 8 weeks/56 days old, it usually can leave. We ship once a week. The airport is 6 hours round trip from our home. So, we do need to have a min number of puppies going before we can make the trip.
5. Can I pick my puppy up?
e) We are happy to have you come here to Unionville, Mo and meet our puppies. We are willing to provide our vet as a reference or even meet you there with the puppy. We can meet in Unionville, Kirksville or Lancaster, MO no extra fee. You can also join our chat group for references from past puppy buyers
6. Is it safe to airship?
f) Airshipping has proven to be safe and a great way for us to get puppies to their new homes. We do insure all puppies that are going by air. We guarantee your puppy's arrival.
7. We are scared to buy a puppy sight unseen-how do we know you will send it, and it will be the right puppy?
g) We do have an ebay(not dog related) rating of over 275 transactions , 100% customer satisfaction. Our paypal rating is over 400 happy transactions(ebay and dog together).
8. What if we get the puppy and don't like it?
h) that rarely happens, but our guarantee answers that.
9. How much do you need to reserve a puppy?
i) we require 50% down on puppies under 6 weeks and full price for puppies over 6 weeks. It is non refundable, but can be applied towards a future puppy.If the puppy dies in our care we offer a replacement , we no longer offer refunds
10. If we airship where will the puppy arrive?
j) we try to ship to the airport of your choice and you would pick it up there. Most puppies arrive around lunch.
11. I want to use a credit card? What is paypal? Do you accept money orders or checks?
k) Thank you for your interest in one of our puppies. We offer several payment options,
Remember NO puppy is reserved without proof of payment sent. We accept paypal, credit cards etc . For paypal you can use this addy puppies@nemr.net please mark the subject for the puppy breed and sex and his number if you know it. and add5% paypal fee
You can mail a check via overnight mail , but the puppy can’t leave for 2 weeks when the check clears.
You can pay with a cashiers check and overnight mail to the address above. Puppy can leave when the amount clears
I will need the overnight mail tracking number to reserve the puppy for you.
We also accept moneygrams via walmart
You can pay cash if you pick the puppy up in Unionville, MO, but I do NOT reserve puppies without payment
12. Please reserve my puppy while I discuss it with the family or think about it.
l) we do NOT reserve puppies without deposit. We do get a lot of inquiries everyday, and without money paid there is no way for us to know who is serious and who is not
13. My kids(or wife) just sent you money for a puppy and we did not say they could have one.
m) we do NOT knowingly sell puppies to minors. Please teach your children the meaning of the word FRAUD. Whether a spouse disagreement or a child's prank, this would follow the "we changed our mind" refund policy
14. Are your dogs AKC registered?
o) While our parent dogs are often dual registered AKC and APRI, we have now chosen to register puppies with APRI (which accepts only AKC registered dogs of known background) This is due to the recent support of the PAWS legislation by AKC that will hurt both hobby breeders and rescuers. We charge $350 extra in most cases if you want registration papers with your puppy. With reg payemnt ,your registered puppy will come with APRI registration and pedigree. We actually consider this a discount to encourage folks to neuter or spay their pet. The only reason reg papers are usually needed, is if you plan to breed. .

Before leaving-ALL our puppies have been vet checked, microchipped, shots done by our veterinarian, deworming started, socialized with other dogs and kids and loved.
